Suspicious luggage prompts evacuation of Long Beach airport

A piece of luggage holding a suspicious object has prompted the evacuation of a Los Angeles airport terminal.

Upon investigation, security found the article to be nothing more than an electronic game.

Transport security screeners at Long Beach Airport spotted the dubious item in a checked bag and called for firefighters and police.

Several hundred people were evacuated from the terminal, and five arriving aircraft were held on the tarmac until the "all-clear" was given.
