The gold price in Hong Kong went down 41 HK dollar to 6,297 HK dollars per tael on Wednesday, according to the Bank of China (Hong Kong).
The price is equivalent to US$ 676.28 a troy ounce, down US$ 4.57 at Wednesday's exchange rate of US$ 1 against 7.816 HK dollars.
