Chinese U18 football team ready for tournament

The Chinese under-eighteen football team have finalized their preparations for an international tournament. The tournament opens on Friday.
They are to compete in the International Youth Football Invitational in Ji'nan, Shandong Province - an event known as the "Mini Asian Cup". It also features teams from South Korea, Iran, Uzbekistan, Australia and a local club. The Chinese teens will take on Uzbekistan in Friday's opener.
Coaches say the players have pledged to revenge their seniors' defeat by the Uzbeks at the on-going Asian Cup.
